C51000 Phosphor Bronze
Atlas can supply C51000 Phosphor Bronze in both Solid Bar and Plate.
One popular application for C51000 (ASTM-B-100) plate is its use as an expansion bridge plate. Although fallen out of favor over the years because of availability and other supply issues, it is still available; and we can help you get it.
As previously mentioned, we also carry C51000 Phosphor Bronze solid bars in a large range of sizes and will cut the material to length, as required.
This alloy possesses a high yield strength and can be brazed or soldered and its capacity for being cold worked is good and conforms to specification ASTM B139.
TYPICAL USES
Some of the typical areas that C51000 is used in are as follows:
