C64200 Silicon Aluminum Bronze Forgings
Atlas offers C64200 Silicon Aluminum Bronze Forgings in Plate, Rounds and Rings per ASTM B124 or ASTM B171.
Forgings have distinct advantages over the other methods of Casting (such as Continuous Cast or Sand Castings). Forgings are not only a cost effective process that yields the optimum in performance, but also offer the flexibility of size change. For instance if it becomes necessary to increase a diameter or thickness, open-die forging readily accommodates such a change.
C64200 Forgings Advantages:
- Reduces the cross-section
- Improves the metallurgical microstructure
- Provide directional grain flow
- Eliminates porosity in Cast ingot
This is a Made to Order product. Tell us what your desired sizes are and we will work up a quote for
